Stephano Rasmussen Zambrano (born July 26, 2003) is a Peruvian film director, screenwriter and film critic. He was born in Pueblo Libre, Lima and raised in San Martin de Porres, Lima. Since he was little he was interested in art, specifically painting, drawing, comics, animation and cinema. In 2022 he moves to Madrid, Spain to study at the Instituto del Cine de Madrid (Madrid Film Institute), in the first year he was tutored by Juanfer Andrés co-director of "Musarañas", in the second year he was tutored by the Goya winner Antonio Hernández. While he was there, he directed the short films "Perdiendo el Juicio" written by Hernandez and "Un Caso Excepcional" both praised by Hernández. He also directed "Tomás" and now, back in Peru, he is writing his first feature film titled "Lima, la gris" which he plans to release in 2027 with interest in being nominated for the 100th edition of the Academy Awards and being immortalized in the celluloid history.
